Oxbow Announces Exploratory Coal Project in Delta County

May 11, 2011 Findings could extend Oxbow’s operations, economic investments in North Fork Valley Delta County – Oxbow Carbon, the parent company of Oxbow Mining, is pleased to announce a plan to explore for Federal coal resources in the Oak Mesa area.
